This panorama is of the region northeast of the Pathfinder landing site. It was an area chosen for Sojourner to explore after the science objectives in the lander vicinity had been met. The large bright surface seen in the foreground about 10 meters from the spacecraft is known as 'Baker's Bench.' The large, elongated rock left of center in the middle distance is 'Zaphod.'   (24/53)
